A little more on Railwatch week this time a look at Glaisdale & Battersby route before the signal boxes go. Just to show how little they knew what they are talking about there are manual boxes on the Main line in Cornwall, North Wales Cost, North East. and even between Gillingham Dorset and Honiton (even though it's not as main line as once was!) In August the North Yorkshire Moors becomes a delight to walk or drive through with the purple heather. Although the Yorkshire Dales is renowned for having Dales, also the North Yorkshire Moors has many Dales.
